Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the operational and consulting services provided by Proud Marketplace LLC-FZ, payments are generally non-refundable once services have been delivered or work has commenced.

If a billing issue occurs, clients must contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction so that the matter can be reviewed.

If an error in billing or service delivery is confirmed, Proud Marketplace LLC-FZ may issue a partial or full refund at its discretion.

Refunds, when approved, will be processed using the original payment method.
